About Red Saffron
Red Saffron is the first US branch of a chain of restaurants in Punjab India. The business was established by a team of experienced people with the intent of providing Authentic Indian, Indo-Chinese and Fusion food to cater for the needs of the Indians residing in the area. We pride ourselves in providing freshly cooked food with excellent taste and a mouthwatering experience to our patrons. Our motto is “Give your taste buds a treat” and we mean every word of it.
The Head Chef & owner – Dhillon is more of a food scientist and his expertise is in creating mouthwatering dishes using fresh ingredients & specialized spices and also to modularize the processes so every time you get the same good taste. We have a great team to provide you with a wonderful dining experience.
For Catering, we can cater from a few people up to 2000 people. We use the best of the ingredients and provide high quality food. The most essential thing that we keep in mind while preparing the food is hygiene. That’s when you need to hire a good caterer, who not only employs the services of the best chefs and cooks BUT also maintains a clean environment. To maintain good quality, we strictly follow the procedures starting from the basic concepts till the full implementation of services. We believe in taking up challenges and creating and re-creating food that has a very authentic character. We also offer banquet halls for your functions and perform special caterings for religious functions. Our vast experience in this field gives us cutting edge over others in handling parties, small or big. We try our best to make your event a memorable experience.

Our Main Chef
Dhillon is more of a food scientist than a chef. He spent years perfecting gravies and intricate cooking techniques. He has been cooking since childhood and his parents are also food enthusiasts.
Dhillon started his first Indian restaurant in Amritsar India in 2003 when he started the Sunrise resorts on the outskirts of Amritsar. With the quality of food thinks took a quick turn and he opened over 10 restaurants across Punjab since then. Red Saffron is his first venture in the US and in a short few weeks, it has attracted food lovers like bees to flowers.
He is consistent and methodical in his approach so you get the same quality of food every time. His methods have resulted in the reduction of food waste by 90%
